There was a season in my life when I was juggling my career, my home, and everyone's expectations. I had to be strong, someone others could depend on. So I kept pushing through, because slowing down didn't feel like an option.
From the outside, everything looked fine. But inside, I felt constantly stressed, emotionally drained, and quietly trapped. I was showing up for everyone except myself.
That's when I realised: the problem wasn't my life on the outside. It was everything I'd been carrying on the inside. You're not stuck because something is wrong with you. You feel stuck because what you've been carrying has never been fully processed.
